A Letter From our CEO During This Difficult Time

As CEO, I wanted to provide you with a small slice of clarity during this difficult time for our customers and partners.

First and foremost, our thoughts are with anyone who’s been impacted by the pandemic, directly or indirectly. For those who are sick, we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And to those on the front lines: We’re truly inspired by your tireless care for people in need.

In fuel delivery, we are a critical part of that national support structure. Your customers truly need you to be “always available.” Without your persistence, people won’t have the fuel they need to stay warm, stay fed, or operate their business.

We at Tank Utility recognize our part in delivering on that promise.

To help slow the spread of the novel coronavirus and ensure the Tank Team remains healthy and able to support you, we instituted a company-wide work-from-home policy more than a week ago. Our highly-available cloud platform and staff trained to maintain business continuity are capable of delivering the same level of service from anywhere in the world.

Our hours of operation and contact methods remain unchanged:

Finally, as an industry with safety ingrained in everything we do, we have an opportunity to emphasize just how seriously we take the health of our respective communities. At Tank Utility, we aim to be vocal, transparent, and at least one step ahead of national safety guidelines to ensure we are taking the appropriate amount of caution.

Please be safe and stay well in this difficult time. We are working to do our part and would love to hear from you if you have any feedback along the way.

– Amos Epstein, CEO & Founder at Tank Utility
